If this is your first appointment, be aware that you will need to complete our intake form for your safety and ours.

Cancellation Policies

Please be aware that a late cancellation affects our Therapists income as it is often difficult to fill a cancelled appointment especially within 24hrs. Our policy is to charge 100% of your appointment fee for no-shows and 50% for unfilled appointment cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice.

  • This will be waived if you need to rescheduled due to illness (being mindful of Covid-19) or at our discretion

    • Late Arrival Policy

    If you are late for your scheduled appointment then please note that we are often booked with clients coming in directly after your treatment. Therefore we are often unable to extending your treatment time due to your late arrival.

  • We will charge the full fee for the treatment booked
